Sparacino Realty Advisors, Inc. is a full-service Commercial Real Estate Advisory. Our primary focus is multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are fully committed to advising you on your current and future needs.

Our founding Principal, Christopher Sparacino, had a mantra instilled in him from day one that still rings true throughout our firm: always answer your phone. Principal Advisor

Christopher Sparacino

Christopher began his career in real estate while in college, working as a sales associate part time for Allied Home Mortgage Capital from 2006 to early 2008. While in college he interned with Marcus & Millichap as a real estate investment as an analyst providing support for a multi-tenant retail broker in the Tucson office.

In 2008, he worked for Pierce-Eislen Apartment Market Research (now Yardi Matrix) as a research analyst researching 50+ unit apartment building owners, management, property sales and foreclosures in 25+ MSAs. In late 2009, Christopher began working with a small private equity fund focused on the..
