Our philosophy explains why your project begins a client & broker relationship made to last.
You’re at the center of everything we do. Real estate is what we use to help you achieve your goals.
People rely on people for results. We’ve forged numerous relationships over the years with vendors, brokers, accountants, attorneys, even doctors that we can refer our clients to if the request is beyond our scope. We will always find the connection you need to achieve your goals.
Our founding Principal, Christopher Sparacino, had a mantra instilled in him from day one that still rings true throughout our firm: always answer your phone. Principal Advisor
Christopher began his career in real estate while in college, working as a sales associate part time for Allied Home Mortgage Capital from 2006 to early 2008. While in college he interned with Marcus & Millichap as a real estate investment as an analyst providing support for a multi-tenant retail broker in the Tucson office.
In 2008, he worked for Pierce-Eislen Apartment Market Research (now Yardi Matrix) as a research analyst researching 50+ unit apartment building owners, management, property sales and foreclosures in 25+ MSAs. In late 2009, Christopher began working with a small private equity fund focused on the acquisition of distressed residential and commercial whole loans as their analyst and trader.
In 2011 Christopher worked as the Senior Acquisitions Analyst for Waypoint Real Estate Group, a private equity fund focused on the acquisition of single-family REO properties nationwide. His most recent real estate experience was with Bay Apartment Advisors, a full-service apartment advisory focused primarily on the East Bay Area.
At BAA, Christopher was instrumental in bringing in most of BAA’s Berkeley Property management accounts as well as facilitating $50,000,000+ worth of transactions on behalf of clients.
Christopher was born and raised in Walnut Creek, CA. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development and a minor in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California & Washington.
“Chris was instrumental in reaching out to brokers and owners to generate on- and off-market exchange opportunities. Chris was able to produce an off-market opportunity I couldn't pass up and in addition to that, negotiated very favorable seller financing terms.”
“Chris conducted himself in a very professional manner and was extremely responsive to Redwood's request. He worked diligently to obtain appropriate buyers for these properties and as conscientious in meeting closing deadlines. We would strongly recommend Chris Sparacino as a listing broker. ”
“Of all the professional talents that Chris demonstrated, as mentioned above, he excelled when it came to working with the tenants of the building and relieving their fears as to what might happen to them in conjunction with the building changing ownership”
“I contacted Chris to help us sell a property in Berkeley. Berkeley has its own set of rules and regulations which I find somewhat complicated. Chris was very familiar with those regulations thus extremely helpful in the sale. I feel Chris went above and beyond most realtors in making the transaction as smooth and simple for us. In dreading a sale because of all the work that is required, I soon realized Chris was able to lift that burden from me and handle most of it himself.”
“Chris is a person of high ethical, moral, and professional standards, reflected in his work. As such, his outstanding client focus and personal service, impressive market knowledge, exceptional work ethic, and high level of integrity served me well.”
“To sum things up, I believe Chris is a very ethical, intelligent and responsive real estate professional who I would highly recommend to anyone needing commercial real estate services or representation.”
