Cold Calling Sucks.

Cold calling.  It sucks.  Most people hate it.  I look at it as offering an olive branch to property owners.  Sometimes, they take it because they need help, and sometimes I get shut down because I’ve been written off as a “solicitor” and “they don’t need any help.”  If I’m selling anything, it’s security and protection from the coming changes.  “Change is the only constant in life,” and if we aren’t ready to face the challenges that lie in change, then we’ll be SOL.  Most people are reactionary.  It’s human nature, cause and effect, but successful people typically believe in preparation.

I was a Boy Scout growing up.  Our Motto was “Be Prepared.”  It still serves me very well into my late 30s.  If you’re prepared, it’s less likely that you’ll get put into a weakened position because you thought ahead.  It’s hard to think ahead, so you should work with us to build a road map to your success and continuously update it as changes occur.  Like the great Warren Buffet once said, “When the tide goes out, you can see who has been swimming naked.”  The tide is going out and will increase in velocity in 2024.

How are you getting prepared?
